About Deidre
Deidre began playing the celtic harp when she was 15 after playing the piano since age 5. She played throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin for plays, festivals, and special events.
Deidre studied pedal harp at the University of Southern California's Thorton School of Music under JoAnn Turovsky. After graduating, she returned to the celtic harp and has played weddings and events all over the greater Los Angeles area.
In 2008, Deidre joined Kerry Records for their Irish Christmas tour of California and again in 2009 for their St. Patrick's Day Hooley.
In addition, Deidre has been featured in both Hallmark and Chevy commercials with her harp. She has performed with Mary J. Blige, Barbara Streisand, David Munnelly, Kieran Munnelly, and Katherine Keane.
